How It Works! #
The Idea behind our platform DigitalWorkerBees is to build a service that will connect Employers with Workers on a long-term basis to complete their micro-tasks requirements. The goal is to provide a place or platform where both parties can meet each other virtually (over the internet) and get to know each other better. The platform is designed to help small businesses grow and thrive.
Micro tasks or small jobs are here just to attract Workers which should later find long-term jobs or work in the “Available Jobs” section (“Available Jobs” section will be visible to you once after you complete the Registration Process and then Sign in to our platform).
Probably, the “Available Jobs” section is a bit hard to understand for an average visitor, but once you take a look at the platform dashboard after signing into the system, you will understand that via Available Jobs listings you can give your input and submit proofs once you are done with the job. The type of jobs can be like (examples are given below)…
- Hire a worker who will do your task every day and send you results.
- Get followers to your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or any other social media to get attention for your profile, business, or product/services.
- Post or Publish your product or service description to other websites, blogs, or forums to promote your brand.
- Create and publish blog posts for you on-demand.
- Hire someone who can manage content writing for your online store, website, blog, or social media.
The list of available jobs depends on users and their requirements.
A person who is posting a job, we called them Employer (Even the same worker can be the employer if they publish a job.) First of employer will deposit the amount by choosing the appropriate payment method, and refill their balance. They can publish a job by feeling up a small form and including all the requirements. The amount will be released to the worker’s wallet once the employer marks the task as Satisfied. Here is the image for the Post Job button.
For each work requirement Employer will post a new job by defining the task and the price that will be paid per task to the worker (for example, you ask your worker to post reviews about your product and you are willing to pay $2.00 per review). Later you can increase or decrease task payment but both of you must agree to go ahead with the task. The employer can close the job and the worker can resign anytime if he/she wants.
(Basically, Our platform is online and available 24×7 now, so you can work from anywhere, anytime!)
No Boss, No pressure for your freelance work!
Just choose your favorite tasks from the list, complete it correctly and earn money!
Once a worker is done with their task, they need to submit proof of the task whether they actually completed the task correctly or not, so the accuracy of the completed work can be calculated. We believe in delivering quality work. Counting it as an important matter, workers need to maintain at least 70% accuracy in order to submit the tasks.
Employer will review your submissions within the given timeline, and mark your submission as Satisfied or Not Satisfied. When the worker gets Satisfied with their submissions they will get paid the amount decided for the task individually. Not Satisfied tasks with proper reasons will be not rewarded to the worker.
Once the user reaches to minimum payment threshold, He/She will be eligible to withdraw earned money to their bank accounts by selecting a payment method (Paypal, Stripe, RazorPay, and Paytm methods are available as of now).
Available Currencies #
Our platform supports USD currency (US $) primarily as we are targeting users from all around the world.
We do also support INR currency (₹) for Indian users who are eligible to deposit and withdraw money from our system, once they reach to minimum payment threshold.
In the future, on-demand – we will integrate more currencies for user’s benefit with the legal procedures and inform all users through the newsletter or via email.
