There are two options available to recover your password.

Option 1: Using Email Address & One Time Password (OTP)

Step 1: Go to DigitalWorkerBees website and click on the “Forgot Password?” link.

Step 2: Click on the “Using Email-OTP” option button

Step 3: Enter your valid registered email address

Step 4: Verify that you are human by entering the correct sum value for the displayed two digits.

Step 5: Click on the “Reset Password” button, It will send you OTP information via email.

Step 6: Enter OTP received in your email, add your new password, and click on the “Reset Password” button.

That’s set, your password will be updated.

Option 2: Using Mnemonics

A mnemonic is a way for people to remember things more easily, but here you don’t need to remember anything.

Note: If you already downloaded (Mnemonics of 9 words to reset your password directly) the mnemonics and saved them somewhere then you can proceed further.

Step 1: As shown above in the image, select the “Using Mnemonics” button first when you landed on Forgot Password or Reset Password screen.

Step 2: Enter your registered email address

Step 3: Enter your secret mnemonics (At the end, You will know how to download the mnemonics), make sure you don’t have extra white space before or after copy-pasting the mnemonics.

Step 4: Enter your NEW PASSWORD.

Step 5: Verify the human test.

Step 6: Click on the “Reset Password” button.

If your entered Email address and Mnemonic values are matching perfectly, then only your new password will be changed.

That’s set, now you can log in to the website.

How to Download and Store Mnemonics?

It is so simple to get your mnemonics. First there are a few prerequisites, which must be completed before moving further to obtain your mnemonics.

Prerequisites:

Your profile information must be saved. If it is not completed, Please fill it up.

Click on the Profile icon Click on Profile Link About Me/e-KYC tab fill up below information.

• First Name (As per your National Identity)
• Last Name (As per your National Identity)
• Date of Birth (As per your National Identity)
• Gender
• Zip Code (As per your National Identity)
• Street 1 (As per your National Identity)
• Street 2 (As per your National Identity)
• Country (As per your National Identity)
• State (As per your National Identity)
• City (As per your National Identity)
• Phone Number
• Choose Security Question
• Choose the Answer for the selected security question (Case sensitive)

After filling up the required information, click on the “Save Changes” button.

Now, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your account, From the dashboard, click on your profile icon and select the Settings link.

Step 2: Click on the Security tab under the Global Settings page.

Step 3: Find for “Recovery Mnemonic Code” section and click on the “Reveal” button.

Step 4: It will ask you to enter information as shown below.

• Your Date of Birth in YYYYMMDD format (If your Birthdate is 25-DEC-1965, then enter 19651225)
• Answer your selected question in the profile (Case Sensitive)

Step 5: Click on the “Show Me Mnemonics” button to reveal your code.

It will show you 9 words mnemonics as depicted below.

You can either copy or download the text file by clicking those two buttons, you can send mail to yourself or upload it on the drive, please keep in mind that, you need to put it in some secret place to make your account secure.

Guide to Register Your Account

You need to fill up all mandatory information for your account creation with the platform.

Step 1: Go to the official DigitalWorkerBees website.

Step 2: Click on the Sign-Up link at the bottom.

Once you landed on to Sign-up page, highlighted fields in the below image are mandatory to fill up.

• First Name: Your First Name as per your national identity card or national identity document.
• Last Name: Your Last Name as per your national identity card or national identity document.
• Nick Name: Your public username, which can be seen by others.
• Email Address: If you are using Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook mail, or any other mail service, you can use that email address in order to register yourself. If not you can Create an Account on Google or other mail services. We recommend you not to use Disposable Mail or Temporary Email Accounts. Temp Emails are so risky and your account might be banned.
• Password: A password must contain at least one number and one uppercase and lowercase letter, and at least 8 or more characters. Please enter a strong password to make your account more secure. Do not add your password like, “Tom@123” (never recommended). For security purposes, we will encrypt your password and store it in our system for security purposes. It will be not visible to anyone.
• Country: Pick a country in which you currently reside. This information is required to capture user infographics and through automated data analysis we can provide you tasks targeted to your country.

Note that, we promise not to reveal any of your personal information (Your First name, Last name, and Email Address) to anybody else except our legal representation. There will never be a case when your first name or last name will appear publicly in any form whatsoever.

Submit Information to Create an Account

Step 4: Once all the mandatory fields are filled up, click on the “Sign up” button.

It will create an account for you, and you will get a verification link to the provided email.

You need to verify yourself within thirty (30) days; otherwise, your account will be removed from the platform.

Step 5: Follow the below steps to verify yourself, we don’t love bots on the platform, for authenticity we need to perform a manual email verification check.

• Open your registered email in your browser,
• Check your Inbox (We promise not to spam!),
• Open the email received from our platform,
• Click on the “click here” link to verify yourself.

It will take you to the verification page.

The Idea behind our platform DigitalWorkerBees is to build a service that will connect Employers with Workers on a long-term basis to complete their micro-tasks requirements. Micro tasks or small jobs are here just to attract Workers which should later find long-term jobs or work in the “Available Jobs” section (“Available Jobs” section will be visible to you once after you complete the Registration Process and then Sign in to our platform).

Probably, the “Available Jobs” section is a bit hard to understand for an average visitor, but once you take a look at the platform dashboard after signing into the system, you will understand that via Available Jobs listings you can give your input and submit proofs once you are done with the job. The type of jobs can be like (examples are given below)…

1. Hire a worker who will do your task every day and send you results.
2. Get followers to your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or any other social media to get attention for your profile, business, or product/services.
3. Post or Publish your product or service description to other websites, blogs, or forums to promote your brand.
4. Create and publish blog posts for you on-demand.
5. Hire someone who can manage content writing for your online store, website, blog, or social media.

The list of available jobs depends on users and their requirements.

A person who is posting a job, we called them Employer (Even the same worker can be the employer if they publish a job.) First of employer will deposit the amount by choosing the appropriate payment method, and refill their balance. They can publish a job by feeling up a small form and including all the requirements. The amount will be released to the worker’s wallet once the employer marks the task as Satisfied. Here is the image for the Post Job button.

For each work requirement Employer will post a new job by defining the task and the price that will be paid per task to the worker (for example, you ask your worker to post reviews about your product and you are willing to pay $2.00 per review). Later you can increase or decrease task payment but both of you must agree to go ahead with the task. The employer can close the job and the worker can resign anytime if he/she wants.

(Basically, Our platform is online and available 24×7 now, so you can work from anywhere, anytime!)

Just choose your favorite tasks from the list, complete it correctly and earn money!

Once a worker is done with their task, they need to submit proof of the task whether they actually completed the task correctly or not, so the accuracy of the completed work can be calculated. We believe in delivering quality work. Counting it as an important matter, workers need to maintain at least 70% accuracy in order to submit the tasks.

Employer will review your submissions within the given timeline, and mark your submission as Satisfied or Not Satisfied. When the worker gets Satisfied with their submissions they will get paid the amount decided for the task individually. Not Satisfied tasks with proper reasons will be not rewarded to the worker.

Once the user reaches to minimum payment threshold, He/She will be eligible to withdraw earned money to their bank accounts by selecting a payment method (Paypal, Stripe, RazorPay, and Paytm methods are available as of now).

Available Currencies

Our platform supports USD currency (US $) primarily as we are targeting users from all around the world.

We do also support INR currency (₹) for Indian users who are eligible to deposit and withdraw money from our system, once they reach to minimum payment threshold.

In the future, on-demand – we will integrate more currencies for user’s benefit with the legal procedures and inform all users through the newsletter or via email.
